PickNiks Cleaning — Service Agreement
Privacy: Cleaners will not go into drawers or cupboards unless instructed.
Liability: All employees hold Public Liability Insurance. All care taken but no responsibility for pre-existing damage.
Property condition: Please ensure the property is in a reasonable state before service. Excessive mess may incur additional time charges — you will always be notified first.
Products: All cleaning products and equipment are supplied by PickNiks and included in your quote.
Payment: One-off and move-in cleans require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. All invoices are payable in full within 48 hours of being received. If payment isn't received, the card on file will be charged and card processing fees will apply.
Cancellations: Less than 48 hours' notice incurs a 50% service fee. Less than 24 hours' notice, and lockouts on the day, incur the full service fee. You'll always be notified if we ever need to move a booking on our end.
Keys & security: All keys and access codes are stored separately from address information and never shared with third parties.
